Here is the outline of yoga courses as personally drafted by our Gurudeva Swami Rama.
  • May I request that this system be followed by all those who are teaching and practicing in our tradition.
  • As I have suggested several times before, all classes and meditation sessions run by all teachers and lecturers should start with the playing of Swami Rama’s OM tape.
  • Do further publicise the full moon meditations.
